IMS implements a simple to use licensing system that can be accessed from the left-hand side of the application in the Admin tab.

Acquiring a new licence key

To acquire a new licence key there’s 3 simple steps to follow, all accessible from the Admin -> Licensing section of IMS.

1. Click the Copy Machine ID button. This will copy some text into your clipboard which you can then paste into a feedback form at https://feedback.ftpsolutions.com.au and one of our account representatives will contact you to arrange a new licence key.
2. . Once a new licence key has been arranged it will be emailed back to you. Copy and paste the licence key into the “Paste your licence key here” text box.
3. Apply your licence. If the licence is successfully applied, you will be able to see the updated licence metadata.
