Adding or modifying terrain providers

Terrain providers can be added in the same way as imagery layers. In the above screenshot we have created a new terrain Provider. For this terrain provider to work properly, we must configure the terrain detail level and the Cesium Ion ID. If you are instead using a URL based terrain provider, you will want to change the terrain type to ‘Custom Terrain.’ From there you can input a URL.
